According to court records, Bachelorette‘s uncle John Robert ‘Bobby’ Mullins III was arrested for DISTRIBUTION OF COCAINE back in 2000!!
A source says Emily has been terrified of this info coming out, explaining:

Confessing to a lesser felony of distributing that shiz as an accommodation — not for cash — the uncle got off a lil’ easier and only had 3 years of jail to deal with. Luckily for him… that time was suspended.
