See that bandage? Bar Refaeli had SURGERY, and she still feels good enough to put on a skimpy bikini and get her beach on!!
Though, the surgery wasn’t a major surgery — she just had a birthmark removed!
Still, you’d think it’d sting in that that saltwater! OUCH!
Honestly we’re just glad we’ve got some more pics of her in a bikini! We felt like we were running low there for a while! We hadn’t seen one in DAYS!
