The sun is setting on Barack Obama‘s term as our 44th President, and he shared some final words of wisdom before Richie Rich Donald Trump takes over the White House on Friday.
On Thursday, the outgoing Commander in Chief penned a touching goodbye letter to his fellow Americans, thanking the citizens for making him “a better President” and “a better man.”

After noting he would continue the “long-standing tradition” of leaving his successor some parting advice, Obama highlighted some of the things he learned from the people over the past 8 years.
The affable politician concluded his letter with some calming fatherly words (and some subtle shade, perhaps?), declaring America is “not the project of any one person.” Yup, that’s some presidential shade right there.
