Stephany Bonney, and her adorbz rescue dog, Mocha (pictured above) have brought to our attention the American Cancer Society’s Bark for Life:
“The American Cancer Society├óΓé¼Γäós Bark for Life is a noncompetitive walk event for dogs and their owners to raise funds and awareness in the fight against cancer. It is a fun-filled event with demonstrations, contest, activities, and a signature relay-styled 5K walk for both canines and their owners.
This fundraising event honors the care giving qualities of our canine ├óΓé¼┼ôbest friends├óΓé¼┬¥ and honors their life-long contribution to helping people stay well and get well.”
Anything to get out there and raise cancer awareness is always great.
And anytime we can involve a little exercise and our furry friends, then all the better.
