On Monday, Brande spoke with Fox News Digital about pursuing a career as an OnlyFans model — saying it keeps a roof over her and her two sons’ heads. And she ain’t mad about that! She explained:
“It’s been great honestly. Me being a single mom of two boys with no financial support from their father, I have to take care of my family.”
Brande was married to retired NFL linebacker Glenn Cadrez from 2007 to 2017. The pair share sons Keaton and Kannon. Now she’s raising them on her own.
But while the financial aspect of her parenting situation doesn’t sound like rainbows and butterflies, she has found that OnlyFans is a great way for her to help “facilitate” her passions:
“And for me, my passion and love is acting and producing. So, in order for me to do that, I have, you know, my side job with OnlyFans, which helps to facilitate my other passion of acting and producing. So, for me, it’s been really a wonderful outlet for me.”
Back in the day, Brande modeled for Playboy, so she’s not totally foreign to the world she’s in now. But in her opinion, OF is superior because SHE decides what she puts out into the world:
“Well, I do pretty much, basically Playboy. I continue that, I do beautiful art photos like I did when I was in Playboy. I don’t show any nudity down below, that’s the only difference, but I do try to make them very artistic and very beautiful and very meaningful.”
The Wineville star noted that one benefit of OnlyFans is that “you’re your own editor.” She dished:
“You only put out there the images that you love and that you want, you know, the world to see. Whereas when you were doing Playboy, you really had no control over it. So, it’s like I’m my own Hugh Hefner, I guess.”
That’s a great way to put it! Ha!
Brande also noted that she hasn’t gotten any requests that are too out there:
“Everybody is super respectful and kind. My Playboy fans are just, honestly, really sweet, kind people. I don’t really have anyone that asks for anything crazy.”
Well, good for her! Props to her for finding work that pays the bills and she genuinely enjoys!
Brande joins the likes of Sopranos alum Drea de Matteo, Denise Richards, and other ’90s stars who have made a career in Onlyfans.
