In his new book I Drink for a Reason, Arrested Development star David Cross reveals the motivation behind his decade-long feud with Jim Belushi, who has become the butt of many sketches and satirical short stories on the Mr. Show site.
During the filming of 1995’s Destiny Turns on the Radio with Belushi in Las Vegas, the comedian visited a casino during a shooting break and struck up conversation with a blackjack dealer.
The dealer confessed to having a sick 8-year-old son who was a fan of Belushi. Cross committed to getting an autograph from his castmate, even though he had not met him yet.
As Cross approached Belushi with the request and story of the blackjack dealer, he wasn’t having any of it!
“Jesus, I thought you were gonna get me a b- job,” said Belushi.
After Cross’ further polite prodding, the According to Jim star continued, “Jesus Christ, you’re worse than my second wife!”
Belushi never signed anything for the child, which continues to anger Cross till this day!!!
Rightfully so! Jim Belushi is a fucktwit!
“Seriously! If Jim wants to talk about it, that’s fine. The story is all in the book. That guy was a full-on 100% d-bag. It was a real incident. If anything, I’d hope if I saw him now he’d apologize,” says Cross.
Belushi sounds like a major tool!!!
We doubt anything has changed!!!!
