Jon Voight and Angelina Jolie have been estranged for some time after Jon made a public comment about her “serious mental problems” shortly after she adopted Maddox back in 2002.
But it appears that after the death of her mother Marcheline Bertrand in 2007 and at the urging of partner Brad Pitt they have continued with the reconciliation process as Jon has been spotted with the family in Venice while Ange films The Tourist.
“Angie made the initial contact,” reveals an insider. “Brad has been supportive – a key factor in her reaching out.”
Grandparents are SO important for children and we hope that they continue to work out their problems peacefully so the kids can get to know their good old Grandpa!
We hope he can remember their names!
