It’s all about attitude, you guys!
Giuliana Rancic can attest to that — the first thing she thought with her early diagnosis was that she had too much to live for.

She has admitted to being scared, but that never defeated her. Plus, her awesome husband Bill was there for her every step of the way.
We can’t even imagine what it’s like to go through that and not have your optimism shattered. She really is a tough woman!
And we are SO glad that everything went well!
