Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez were SO close to finally getting their mansion off their hands… But then the unthinkable happened.
TMZ reported Tuesday the estranged couple had finally found buyers for their Beverly Hills compound months after putting it up for sale. According to the outlet, the interested buyers were a couple from New Jersey who made a $64 MILLION offer, just $4 mil below asking. And Bennifer accepted!

But as the details were being worked out as the sale moved into escrow, the buyers suffered a tragedy! They had a death in the family and pulled out of their bid.
Oh no!
So as it stands, the mansion is still available for sale after Ben and Jen came SO close to offloading it. But according to the outlet, the New Jersey couple are still interested… They likely just need some time to grapple with their family tragedy.
