Ben Affleck has broken his silence since entering rehab 40 days ago.
On Thursday, the Justice League star penned a statement on Instagram about battling addiction, and how he will continue to make his recovery a “full-time commitment.”

He wrote:
“This week I completed a forty day stay at a treatment center for alcohol addiction and remain in outpatient care. The support I have received from my family, colleagues and fans means more to me than I can say. It’s given me the strength and support to speak about my illness with others.”
As we previously reported, it became clear the 46-year-old would be staying at his treatment center past the 30 day mark.
