Ben Affleck is no doubt finding that out right now, as he works his way through rehab, attempting to shed his troubles with alcoholism while in a SoCal treatment facility.

But even with Ben away — and, you know, taking the occasional trip back to his own home, reportedly to work out — he’s still finding time to spend with loved ones while getting better!
On Sunday, paparazzi camped outside Ben’s treatment facility spotted 22-year-old Shauna Sexton leaving the center after spending roughly four hours inside.
The Playboy model, who has been linked to the 46-year-old Batman actor recently, even reportedly drove away in an SUV that supposedly belongs to Ben.
She looked her late summer/early fall best in a cut-off pair of jeans and a crop top, too; click HERE to see the pic.

Remember, Shauna was the one who clapped back at fans after she was accused on social media of driving Ben to rehab in the first place. She seems quick to defend herself and Affleck, which may be a good combination to have sticking around through tough times!
