What’s the biggest thing to remember when working out??
Consistency!
We aren’t talking about doing the same things over and over — we’re talkin’ about making sure you’re sticking to getting a workout AT ALL, in the general sense!
If you’re taking 3-4 times a week to make sure you’re movin’, it matters much less about what you do!
