Bethenny Frankel wants everything and nothing else in her custody battle with Jason Hoppy for their daughter Bryn!
The two have had a nasty divorce and custody battle, and although the end is near – we’re not there yet!
A court date has been set in Manhattan for Wednesday, May 28 at 9am, and Bethenny will be ├óΓé¼┼ôtaking the stand first thing Wednesday morning.” A lot of times people avoid getting on the stand in court because while it could help your case big time, it can also hurt your case BIG time!
But Bethenny has NO fear apparently!
While Jason had been hoping to settle with Bethenny, that does not appear to be in the cards! Which means the judge in this case is going to decide the whole thing!
Side note: the attorneys for both sides in this trial failed to file the appropriate paperwork to have the courtroom sealed which means any press that wants to can join in on the fun!
Just kidding — this sounds like basically the opposite of fun, and that’s no joke!
