Beyoncé, Rihanna, & MORE A-Listers File A Joint Lawsuit Against A French Fashion Label! Get All The Deets!

Dayum. We wouldn’t want to mess with this group!
But apparently, there’s one French label that is sooooo unlucky.
It’s been revealed that Beyonc├â┬⌐, Jay Z, Kanye West, Rihanna, and Pharrell have all filed a joint lawsuit together against ElevenParis.

According to the suit, these stars are claiming that the brand used their names, images, and lyrics on their clothing and accessories, without their authorization!
That’s pretty hefty!
In fact, there are 58 claims in total, including one of “unfair competition” since each of them have their own clothing lines.
So in addition to requesting the label from selling the “infringing goods”, they are also seeking unspecified damages.
That’s not all though!
The last claim in the lawsuit solely involves Bey, and says that she and ElevenParis struck a deal back in January 2015, but the brand “breached the terms and conditions” through the alleged use of her name, image, etc. Yikes!! How awkward.
Especially since if you look at the brand’s Instagram, you’ll notice her sister, Solange, fronted their Spring 2015 campaign.

We have a feeling we won’t be seeing the end of this suit — though on Wednesday, ElevenParis released the following statement:

“ElevenParis is determined to find a fair and balanced agreement with them and their advisers.”

Hope so!!
