Big Troubles For The Little Guy

As we mentioned to you earlier this month, former actor Gary Coleman hit a guy with his car!

Police started to investigate, but said their investigations were being hampered because Coleman and the 24-year old ‘victim’, Colt Rushton, were not been very forthcoming with information.

Well it turns out that the victim is now speaking about the incident.

And even crazier, he’s decided to sue Coleman!

Hah, good luck with that. Coleman doesn’t have any more.

Rushton claims that Coleman punched him and then ran into him with his truck outside a bowling alley in Utah.

That apparently caused Rushton “knee, back and neck injuries.”

As for Coleman, he was charged with disorderly conduct and misdemeanor reckless driving.

The whole dilema seems to have started over Rushton taking some pictures of Coleman.

Rushton filed the civil lawsuit yesterday, and according to his report, Coleman’s bodyguard, Paul Rohbock told Rushton that he’d have to pay $20 a photo to continue taking pics.

Wow. Who knew Gary Coleman even had a bodyguard!!! And how can he afford it? And $20 a pic? He’s cheap! We’d give him $25.

But according to Rushton’s attorney, Dustin Lance, Rushton did stop taking pictures.

Later, however, he saw Coleman sitting in his truck, very close to the steering wheel, and took a photo of it thinking it was too funny to pass.

That’s when Rushton reports that he was “attacked” from behind by either the bodyguard or Coleman’s beautiful wife, and his cell phone was taken.

Oh, and the suit also said that Coleman punched Rushton in the chest several times.

Yea, like that must have hurt.

The attorney claims that during the incident Rushton was “saying, ‘Gary, you can leave, I’m sorry, I’ll delete the pictures, just please give me my phone back.'”

And then reportedly, Coleman left, didn’t return the phone, and hit Rushton and a car when he was trying to leave the parking lot.

Time for some anger management classes!
