Bill Gates isn’t saying exactly what went down with Jeffrey Epstein — but he’ll own up to being a total idiot for getting in bed with him. So to speak.
The Microsoft billionaire said in a new Times of London interview over the weekend that his divorce from Melinda Gates (now back to Melinda French) is “the mistake I most regret.” Among his failures, it’s not even a contest:
“There are others but none that matter. The divorce thing was miserable for me and Melinda for at least two years.”
Well, wouldn’t that mean his Epstein time was a huge mistake? Bill meeting with the sex trafficker — and continuing to do so for some time after — was a big reason the couple grew apart. Sources claimed knowing Bill had a relationship with Epstein “haunted” Melinda. She herself said she “had nightmares” after her one meeting with him, telling CBS News after the divorce:
“I wanted to see who this man was and I regretted it from the second I stepped in the door. He was abhorrent, he was evil personified, I had nightmares about it afterwards.”
Seems like she never looked at her husband quite the same way, knowing he was all too happy to have this monster in his life. She said while there were “many things” that caused the marriage to break down, that was definitely one of them.

So yes, that’s a big regret, too. In another interview with The Wall Street Journal, Gates admitted when it came to getting close to Epstein:
“I think I was quite stupid.”
We mean, fair enough. He continued:
“In retrospect, I was foolish to spend any time with him. And he, sort of, got time with various people by spending time with other people. So yes, I think I was quite stupid.”
So… why did he do it? Was it the adventure? The travel, massages, and partying with young girls, as it was claimed in last year’s book Billionaire, Nerd, Savior, King: Bill Gates and His Quest to Shape Our World? He says it was much more benevolent than that:
“I thought it would help me with global health philanthropy. In fact, it failed to do that it was just a huge mistake.”
Seriously? He hung out with a sex trafficking extortionist who surrounded himself with young girls… for charity?? Eff right off. That’s the least successful Bill Gates invention since Windows Vista!
What do YOU think of Bill’s admission here? Would you buy the regret more if he revealed more about Epstein??
