Bizarre Reasons You May Be More Susceptible To Heart Problems

Eating too much junk food — obviously.

Having too many brothers? Not so obvious.

There are a number of studies that have shown some strange things other than being overweight may increase a person’s likelihood of having heart problems.

Here’s are just a few of the many activities or circumstances that may be putting your heart at risk:

— Having a lot of brothers: If you have older brothers, you will likely have a lower-than-normal level of testosterone, which can contribute to heart problems.
— Going to bed after midnight: Researchers found that people who go to bed late generally have stiffer arteries than people who go to bed earlier. This could be because who go to bed later are often times more stressed and more likely to stay up drinking alcohol or eating fatty foods.
— Adultery: Scientists think the reason behind this is that men or women who are adulterers are more likely to be depressed, due to their lackluster home life, which can increase your risk of heart problems.

And these are just a few!

Here are basic guidelines to keeping your heart healthy: Exercise, eat healthy, and don’t stress out!
