Blac Chyna will get what she apparently really wants, after all: a shot at grilling several members of the Kardashian family over what happened with her reality show Rob & Chyna.
According to a new report out in The Blast this morning, court documents indicate that a Los Angeles judge has ordered Kylie Jenner and Khloé Kardashian to sit for a deposition by Chyna’s lawyers sometime before August 31.

Similarly, the judge also ordered Kim Kardashian West and Kris Jenner to sit for their own depositions by Chyna’s lawyers at some point before the end of the year, as well.
In other words, Chyna is going to get her wish: she’s got a great shot to get to the bottom of what really happened with her reality show Rob & Chyna, as her legal team is now allowed to grill FOUR members of the KarJenner family to see if they interfered with getting the show canceled prematurely.
As you’ll recall, this legal battle has been going on for quite some time; Chyna first sued Rob Kardashian and his family, specifically accusing Khloé, Kris, and Kylie of interfering with the show and getting it booted before it could even land on air. Chyna claims that undue interference cost her a lot of money — which, well, it might have! The question, though, is whether she can prove the KarJenner family actually interfered knowingly with production of the show.
For their part, Kim, Kris, and all the rest of ’em say they did not do anything wrong, and they have been pretty consistent in denying Chyna’s allegations of tampering.
A deposition itself won’t necessarily clear everything up, and Chyna’s still got a ways to go if she wants to win this legal battle, but there’s no doubt this is a BIG step forward for her case in that a judge has now explicitly ordered four members of the KarJenner clan to sit and be grilled about this by lawyers.

It’s a big win for Chyna just to get to this point, for sure, but we’ll see if these depositions go anywhere. Up until this point, Chyna hasn’t made a ton of headway with her tampering accusations, but things could soon change.
