Happy holidays from Rob and Chyna??
As we reported in September, Rob Kardashian filed a lawsuit against Blac Chyna over an alleged assault that occurred in December 2016 where the model allegedly consumed drugs and alcohol, and tried to strangle the sole Kardashian brother with an iPhone charger.
Additionally, Amber Rose‘s BFF allegedly trashed the residence — owned by Kylie Jenner — causing $100,000 in damages.

According to The Blast, on Tuesday, Dream Kardashian‘s mom responded to the lawsuit and denies all allegations of wrongdoing, including assault and property damage.
Anything she did during the alleged incident was “caused and necessitated by the actions of Plaintiffs, and was reasonable and necessary for Defendant’s self-defense and defense of others.”
The mother-of-two wants the entire suit to be thrown out, and believes Rob should be awarded zilch.
