Kanye West‘s ex-girlfriend Amber Rose is speaking out about being forced to wear risqué clothes while dating the rapper!
In Wednesday’s episode of Club Shay Shay, the model reflected on her romance with the Yeezy designer, which lasted from 2008 to 2010. While things never got as crazy as Bianca Censori‘s naked Grammys red carpet shocker, Amber said she was forced to wear a sheer dress she was uncomfortable with! She dished:
“I remember crying. I was in like Italy or Paris or something and I remember crying and arguing with him and being like I don’t f**king want to wear this s**t, I don’t wanna wear it.”
Jeez. That’s awful!

Despite pushing back, she ultimately decided to wear the garment after Ye told her, “You don’t understand, it’s fashion, I’m a genius.” She continued:
“It’s like, OK, I still don’t wanna wear it but I went in wearing it, they ate me up on the internet.”
BTW, Amber is seemingly referencing the black sheer dress she wore at Paris Fashion Week in 2010. For the occasion, she wore a see-through distressed dress with a tan bodysuit underneath. See (below):

As for why she didn’t stand by her refusal, Amber remarked:
“Well, I was young. I’m gonna tell Kanye no when I’m that young? Like you’re buying me all this nice stuff, I do look pretty and cool.”
When Kanye wasn’t around, she was often spotted rocking “his clothes” (often “baggy jeans on, T-shirt, [and] big ass jacket) which kept her totally covered up because she hated “dressing like a w****.”
The 41-year-old then claimed the musician only made his partners dress like this because “he wants other men to want to f**k his women.” And she and Bianca aren’t the only ones who have gotten this treatment! Implying Kim Kardashian also dealt with this, Amber said:
“That’s what he’s into. He likes that. He likes that men are drooling over his women. […] He wants also his friends to want to f**k his girlfriend. He wants everybody that when you walk in a room, that his girlfriend or wife is the most desirable in the room. That’s what he likes.”
Well… As f**ked up as that is, it tracks for Ye. Jeez.
The OnlyFans creator previously shared on Just B with Bethenny Frankel that she’s usually more “conservative” but was turned into “this sexpot type of girl” amid the romance. After their split, she claimed she couldn’t shake her “sexy” image, which made her feel “pigeonholed.” This wouldn’t be the first time he’s strongly influenced a significant other’s appearance! Though urging someone to wear something after they’ve been “arguing” against it is real icky!
That said, we doubt the Heartless artist cares. He made his feelings pretty clear when hitting back at criticism over Bianca’s naked outing, writing in an X (Twitter) rant:
“I HAVE DOMINION OVER MY WIFE THIS AINT NO WOKE AS FEMINIST S**T”
He claimed he doesn’t make her “do nothing she doesn’t want to,” but said she needed his “approval.” Not the most comforting comments — especially after Amber’s revelation about her time with him!
