Blake Lively looks snuggly in a powder blue Gucci coat on the cover of Lucky magazine’s September issue.
It was nice of them not to completely erase the natural lines around her mouth so she doesn’t look like a total wax figure!
In the Patrick Demarchelier-lensed spread, some of the outfits will no doubt be familiar, as paps already caught the actress modeling them during the shoot a few months ago.
But Blake wears some new pieces, too, like a longer version of the Anthony Vaccarello dress Gisele wore to the Met Gala, a red H&M gown that shows off her unbelievable legs, and an oversized Givenchy sweater and sheer skirt.
The 25-year-old newlywed also talks at length about her personal style, which you can read about…AFTER THE JUMP!!!
Her philosophy on dressing up:
“I never think about how other people will respond to the way I dress. Dressing up is all about reflecting how I feel. That could call for wearing something totally inappropriate, like a beaded purse and a gorgeous pair of crystal heels just to go to the grocery store.”
On being able to text Christian Louboutin for shoe advice:
“I├óΓé¼Γäóm still geeked out. I├óΓé¼Γäóm like, ├óΓé¼╦£Christian, when you texted me, I took a screen grab!├óΓé¼Γäó It├óΓé¼Γäós crazy! If I could wear those [Louboutins] in stacks, I would.”
On her ideal silhouette for a dress:
“I like a waistline, a nip almost right under the boobs, because I want the lines of the clothes to make a journey around my curves, rather than travel straight up my body.”
On shopping:
“You can find amazing pieces at Zara and Topshop and H&M. The treasure hunt is what makes it fun.”
On her evolving style:
“I was recently asked how my style has changed since I got married, as if I was living under some sort of dictatorship. I should hope I dress differently at 25 than I did when I graduated high school. I hope I never stop changing.”
On Ryan Reynolds having better taste than her:
“I├óΓé¼Γäóm very lucky to be with someone who has better taste than me. We influence each other in different ways.”
It’s not easy leading a charmed life, but somebody’s gotta do it.
