Never mind! Taylor Swift isn’t going to be making a statement at the Super Bowl by inviting Blake Lively!
Amid rumors the besties are beefing, there was a report out that the pop star decided to invite the Gossip Girl star and Ryan Reynolds to join her in her suite at this year’s big game — just like last year. Seeing as Tay Tay hasn’t commented on Blake’s legal drama with her It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni (even though she’s been dragged into it), this seemed like a huge show of support. But not so fast…

According to sources with direct knowledge via TMZ on Friday, the actress is NOT on the Lover singer’s guest list for this Sunday’s match-up. But is she not on the guest list because she wasn’t invited… or she said no? Blake hasn’t been making many public appearances since this all started, for that matter.
Well, sources hinted that it’s most likely the first option — that she didn’t snag an invite. They told the outlet that while the A Simple Favor alum thinks their friendship is fine (after they had an emotional heart-to-heart to hash out their issues), to the Grammy winner, the bond is still very fractured. Rough!
Taylor and Blake apparently haven’t seen each other in a while — and not just because Taylor has been spending most of her time in Kansas City with her beau Travis Kelce and therefore hasn’t been to NYC, where Blake is located, for a bit. No, it sounds like she’s also purposefully distancing herself from Blake, too. Oof!
Guess there really is some bad blood between these two…
