Last night, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds caught us all by surprise when they tied the knot in South Carolina!
While we previously mentioned most of the deets regarding the ceremony, we now have one very special one — just WHY they chose to exchange vows in that specific plantation location!
It seems that Boone Hall Plantation in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, was where the ultimate romance flick, The Notebook, was filmed in 2004!
Aw! Can’t really get any more lovey than that!
Fans of the film might know the plantation as the location of Allie’s summer home, where Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling’s characters fell head over heels for each other!
We can’t wait to see pics from what was said to be a STUNNING private ceremony!
