Blake Lively LOVES her puppy!
Which is why she always makes sure to take Penny to the vet.
One lucky fan of the actress in Ontario ran into Lively and her maltipoo on their way to the puppy doctor.
Here’s what the fan tweeted along with a picture (above):

“Well my wish came true met Blake lively! Pretty star struck ├óΓé¼┬ª But she is a very very nice woman.. Beautiful.. Pictures do not do her justice! Memorable moment!”

Memorable indeed.
We don’t know about the pictures remark, though.
She ALWAYS looks good to us!
