This doesn’t really tie in to your image of being about “the working man.”
Bon Jovi is charging pretty much an arm and a leg for their upcoming gigs at the O2 Arena in London and they have their fans pretty upset!
The upper tier ranges from 45 to 75 pounds while floor seating costs up to 200 pounds! An angry fan, who started a website voicing fans’ concerns over ticket prices, explains:
“This means I’d have to pay ├é┬ú200 to get a good spot to see the band perform. Last time they played London I paid ├é┬ú75 for the same spot. And then I’m not even talking about the booking fees…”
Jon Bon Jovi approves the ticket prices before they go on sale, so the fans are directing their resentment towards him.
In fact, to get your name on the website you have to email [email protected]. No mixed messages there!
That is pretty steep for any concert really, much less a Bon Jovi concert!
