It seems the only thing Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt will be battling over is their kids!
On Monday, it was revealed that Brad and Angie have a prenuptial agreement which spells out exactly how their combined reported net worth of $400 million will be divided. Hmm, go on!

According to TMZ sources, the A-listers’ prenup is ironclad with specifics on how to split up their money. It’s said the Fight Club actor and the humanitarian have 12 properties between them, however, all of the residences were purchased prior to their 2014 nuptials. In fact, seven of the places belong to Pitt while only two belong to Miz Jolie. Reportedly, the other three properties — including a vineyard in France, a mansion in New Orleans, and an apartment in NYC — were bought before they were officially married.
So we have to wonder, who is getting what? We have a feeling we’ll have an answer to our question soon enough as the prenup will make divvying up the land an easy process. Still, this doesn’t mean the twosome’s divorce is going to be an amicable one.
In case you forgot, Angie filed for full physical custody of the couple’s six children and Brad made it pretty clear he was going to fight for his parental rights. Although, we doubt those child abuse allegations will help the 52-year-old’s case. Sigh!
Here’s hoping this breakup doesn’t getting any messier than it already has…
