Brad Pitt has officially spoken out about Angelina Jolie‘s shocking divorce filing on Monday.
As you know, the 41-year-old is requesting physical custody of the couple’s six children after citing irreconcilable differences over what appears to be Brad and Angelina’s differing parenting styles.

In a statement to People, the 52-year-old actor — who has been slammed with allegations of infidelity and substance abuse — said:
“I am very saddened by this, but what matters most now is the wellbeing of our kids. I kindly ask the press to give them the space they deserve during this challenging time.”
While he has not responded to the reports of cheating, drug abuse, and anger problems — we’ll certainly keep you updated as more details surface.
