We’ve been inspired by Angelina Jolie’s choice to preventatively undergo a double mastectomy, and she just keeps on surprising us!
Brad Pitt revealed that his lady love was able to find out about her BRCA gene mutation thanks to tests, but not everyone has access to them. The World War Z star revealed:
“Her focus now is just to make sure all people have access to the [genetic] testing and know what they can do about it. We were really surprised and moved how many other people were dealing with the same issue. Her idea was that someone could learn from her story├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥she would love to share that. It’s just been a beautiful thing to watch. It seems to be a galvanizing moment for people dealing with this. [Discovering BRCA] doesn’t have to be a scary thing├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥it can be an empowering thing.”

This couple is everything.
If people had access to more testing, just imagine how many forms of cancer could be stopped ahead of time.
We’re so proud of Angie for being so brave and helping other people who are going through the same thing.
