Paris Hilton's BFF Brandon Davis Officially Charged With Drunk Driving

We definitely saw this one coming.
Following Brandon Davis‘ October car wreck in El Lay, the oil heir was officially charged with drunk driving earlier this week. The charge isn’t surprising considering Davis was spotted downing wine with pal Mike Comrie shortly before he totaled his car and subsequently ended up in the hospital.

While typically Paris Hilton‘s BFF would normally get probation in this case, a former cocaine possession charge from 2011 might put a snag in his plans. If found guilty, B.D. could face up to six-months in prison.
Yikes! We don’t think jail would mesh well with his lavish lifestyle!
