The ballzie 8-month-old, Cooper Wall Wagner, and his parents, were posing for a photo with the Prez at the Marine Corps Base in Hawaii when the little fella decided he wanted to feel the inside of the Commander and Chief’s mouth.
That’s an experience only little Cooper and the First Lady understand!
