The folks in Columbia, South Carolina – where the infamous Bong-Gate occurred at a college party – really need to sit down, take a hit, eat some nachos, and watch some infomericals until 4 in the morning.
Sheriff Leon Lott was taking heat for going solely after Fishy Phelps…or for even caring at all. So what did Lott do? He decided to go after the whole party.
Since investigators decided to expand the case to more than just Phelps, 8 arrests have been made: 7 for drug possession and 1 for distribution.
That would never happen in California!
Phelps, however, has not yet been charged.
Police have also confiscated the bong! Apparently the owner was trying to sell it on eBay for as much as $100,000. What an idiot! Phelps really needs to reconsider his group of friends!
When Governor Mark Sanford was asked whether Phelps should be prosecuted, he said, “I don’t see what it gets at this point.”
Neither do we!
