As a social media storm continues to surround the exes in the wake of the Something in the Orange singer’s surprising breakup announcement, he’s using the opportunity to promote a new breakup track. On Wednesday, the 28-year-old took to Instagram to share a video of himself sitting at a piano singing melancholic lyrics about a lost love:
“Recall when we, went to Rockaway Beach, summer heat in eastern Queens, and a subway ride”

He also tactfully turned off his comments, probably so they wouldn’t be flooded with angry takes from Brianna fans. And that’s because while he’s cooking up new music, she’s struggling to grapple with her new reality.
