Brianna Chickenfry has lost a scary amount of weight since the beginning of her relationship with Zach Bryan!
Taking to her TikTok on Tuesday, the Barstool Sports personality emotionally shared she’s down around 20 pounds since she started dating and then split from the country musician, something she blames on the toxic nature of their relationship. She shared:
“Like I mentioned in the podcast [BBFs], I had lost 15 pounds that I didn’t need to lose in the relationship. I’m a very skinny person — that’s how I’ve always been, that’s my build. I’m a skinny girl, but I’ve always been healthily skinny. I just gain what my body can gain, but I’ve been down to 111 pounds for a while now, and that is not cool. I’m 5-feet-8.”

She noted that her “comfortable normal weight was 130 pounds,” but now she’s down to what she was in high school. She then compared herself to a photo from before she got together with the Something in the Orange singer to now, calling it “f**king crazy.” Choking up, she added:
“It’s not because I didn’t want to eat, obviously, but I was physically sick from what I was going through mentally. So, like, when you’re in a constant fight or flight, your body is so anxious to the point where you throw up, you can’t eat, you can’t hold anything down. I just always felt like I was going to throw up, so I would only eat one meal a day, and things don’t just snap back. I have this new anxiety in my life, so I’m still really struggling with it.”
Aw! The 25-year-old asked her followers for tips on how to gain weight while sharing her fears about returning to New York City (she’s currently staying with her mom while she processes the split) and potentially having to deal with Zach’s supporters in person. Oof. Hear it all (below).
