The hilarious correspondent, best known for making Harrison Ford LOL during her off the rails Blade Runner 2049 interview last year, had a bit of a slip up while giving the weather report on the ITV program’s 30th birthday special.

To commemorate the big day, Hammond did the weather from the famous floating map in Liverpool’s Albert Dock — a throwback to when the show was broadcast in Liverpool and would have its forecaster jump between Scotland and Ireland.
Hammond successfully performed the jump without a hitch… until she accidentally knocked one of her hunky assistants into the water! Ha!
