I now pronounce you DOG and wife!

Former swimsuit model Elizabeth Hoad said “I do” to her pet dog Logan while live on the UK’s This Morning show on Tuesday.

Officiated by one of the show’s hosts Alison Hammond, Hoad walked down the aisle in a white dress and fascinator, while her six-year-old golden retriever donned a top hat and tuxedo.

The 49-year-old even recited doggy vows to her pup, declaring:

“With my body I promise to take you for daily walkies and all that I have in my doggy treat cupboard I give to you, and all those cuddles on the sofa I share with you.”

Logan, who she rescued from a shelter, didn’t look too thrilled with the whole ordeal, and Elizabeth commented:

“He doesn’t look very happy does he?”

Miz Hoad tearfully accepted a ring for her finger and a bracelet for his paw as they went in for a kiss after the ceremony.

Speaking to the daytime hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford ahead of the nuptials, Elizabeth — who has had four failed engagements and 221 dates — explained her decision to give up on men for good:

“It was like we were meant to meet. He’s saved me and I’ve saved him. I was broken before I got him. I got a dog behaviourist when I first got him and she said he’d saved me.”

Elizabeth attempted to reason with the hosts, elaborating she had yet to find a love like the one between her and Logan, despite joining numerous dating websites:

“It must be me. I don’t know, I’ll tell you what I think…. the older men want the younger women and the younger man want the older women. I’ve got a son of 25, men of that age are asking me out.”

For Miz Hoad, the last straw was speaking to a man on Facebook and later discovering he was already married. Still, Ruth tried to reason with Hoad ahead of the ceremony and convince her to rethink her decision:

“It is quite extreme to go from that to saying ‘I’m fed up with them all, I’ll marry my dog.'”

Elizabeth replied (below):

“It’s not just me. I have about 10 other friends, we go on lots of treks with all our dogs and one of my friends said ‘why don’t you just marry him.'”
