The culprit has been supposedly identified!
The man who punched sweet Brittny Gastineau in the face during a rendezvous at El Lay’s The London Hotel is famed street artist Marquis Lewis, also known as Retna .
However, his lawyers INSIST he had nothing to do with the stitched up black eye Kim Kardashian‘s bestie was wearing on her way to dinner on Tuesday night because he needed a wheelchair and crutches to move following surgery!
Lawyer Michael Goldstein claims:
“Brittny visited him last Tuesday, the day he checked in. We don’t know exactly what happened but [Lewis] ├óΓé¼┬ª. was not the aggressor. Look, the guy was down and out — he had just had surgery — he was debilitated, lying in bed. I don’t know what the nature of their relationship was ├óΓé¼┬ª but they were not dating at the time.”
So…..
…is Michael actually accusing Brittny of starting the brawl???

If dude was indeed wheelchair-bound, than who OR what could’ve caused such a nasty boo boo??!
Perhaps it is finally time for Brittny to speak up!
