Welp! So much for a romance between Brooks Nader and Taron Egerton!
If you don’t recall, the pair sparked dating rumors in late March after they were seen enjoying a meal together at Shutters on the Beach in Los Angeles. Brooks and Taron reportedly had already been on five dates by the time the public caught them out and about. A source told Us Weekly they started “casually dating and hooking up” after meeting in the city while “out with friends,” and “she is very into him.”

But months later, Brooks is saying they were never really a thing! Yep! While in between shooting scenes for the Baywatch reboot in Venice Beach on Wednesday, the Love Thy Nader star told TMZ when asked about whether she’s dating Taron:
“You’re so funny. I never was. I’m just single, having fun. Always.”
Brooks then insisted “nothing” happened between her and the Rocketman star, adding:
“I’m just going on fun dates. But not with anyone right now.”
For now, she’s focused on “working” — not boys. Or at least not Taron! Watch Brooks’ interview (below):
