Bruce Jenner is transitioning into a woman, People reports.
Speculation that the 65-year-old Olympian turned reality TV star was changing genders has run rampant for months. One tabloid even ran a digitally altered cover depicting Bruce as a woman in full make-up.
Bruce has recently been photographed wearing pink nail polish and sporting a longer hairstyle.
His step-daughter, Kim Kardashian West, previously alluded to Bruce going through a “journey,” which will be addressed in a documentary as well as on the upcoming season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Sources close to Bruce revealed to People:
“He is finally happy and his family is accepting of what he’s doing. He’s in such a great space. That’s why it’s the perfect time to do something like this.”
The insider added:
“Instead of completely shocking everyone, his changes have been subtle, and his family has had the chance to slowly get used to his new looks and life.”
His family includes six children from three wives, including Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner, his daughters with ex-wife Kris Jenner. The Jenners finalized their divorce last year.

Bruce’s family is supportive, but needs time to adjust during his transformation, the source added:
“It is an intense thing. Of course not everyone is 100 percent on board. Different people have different reactions. But everybody loves him.”
Bruce is best known for winning the decathlon in the 1976 Olympics, as well as being stepfather to the Kardashian kids.
