With the end drawing near, President-For-Not-Much-Longer George W. Bush wants his final 15 minutes on television.
In what will be his last public appearance until he greets Obama at the Inauguration on January 20th, Bush wishes to address the nation on ABC, CBS, Fox, and NBC to say good-bye.
It seems likely the networks will grant the request.
Parting is such sweet sorrow relief.
