After almost three months since his DWI arrest in New York, the Cake Boss himself is still extremely sorry.
Buddy Valastro had previously tweeted out an apology back in December, but the reality TV star spoke to Mario Lopez about how sorry he is about driving under the influence.
Here’s what Buddy had to say about his DWI arrest:
“I learned a valuable lesson. I was out for a business dinner, I had one glass too many. When I got into the car I thought I was fine to drive, and obviously I wasn’t, and the cops did their job.”
On the subject of whether or not he tried to use the fame card to get out of his arrest:
“If I did say anything like that I totally apologize to him and the police department. I’m not like that.”
Well, we really hope that he did learn his lesson.
