TLC show Cake Boss star, Buddy Valastro, will get to keep his popular nickname after settling a lawsuit.
Software company, Masters Software Inc. claimed that their product called “Cake Boss,” a cake management program for bakers, had been around long before the show.
It turns out that the two sides came to a deal, which allowed the software to still use the name Cake Boss, and let the TLC show keep its name too!
Yay, we didn’t want to lose the Cake Boss!!
