Now, we’re finally learning about what went down in that Aspen hotel room on New Year’s Eve Weekend with social media star Cameron Dallas.
As you’ll remember, last week we reported on his arrest on battery charges after he allegedly fractured a man’s nose in some type of altercation in said hotel room.

Immediately after being released from jail, Dallas publicly alluded to the fact that more information would soon come out about the incident… and now, well, perhaps this is what the YouTube star was talking about.
According to the Aspen Times, police reports from the night in question indicate that Dallas not only broke the victim’s nose, but also fractured the unnamed 34-year-old man’s jaw, as well. Whoa!
Per the police logs reported by the paper, Dallas apparently told an Aspen cop on the scene that he “lost his temper” and hit the man multiple times after the man “made unwanted sexual advances” on Dallas’ male friend, and then refused to leave their hotel room.
Hmm….
A hotel employee working on the night in question spoke to cops, too, indicating in an affidavit that he witnessed a “bloodied and distraught man” crying for help in one of the hotel’s hallways:
“Shortly later, another man [reportedly Dallas himself] emerged from the elevator and started yelling at (the bloodied man) to leave the hotel. (The bloodied man) accused this man of assaulting him. A brief argument ensued, and the man [Dallas] got back on the elevator.”
Wow.
And here’s another extremely bizarre twist to the story: the 34-year-old man allegedly first met Dallas’ group of friends at an Aspen nightclub earlier in the evening, before an 18-year-old buddy of Cameron’s — Nasser Alfallah — invited the older man back to hang out in the hotel with the rest of the group.
Things could have been OK from there, except Alfallah himself was arrested just hours before Dallas in a bizarre, unrelated incident. Cops say a security guard at the hotel mistakenly let an “extremely intoxicated” Alfallah into the WRONG ROOM, where he and another man proceeded to yell and jump on the beds where two women were sleeping.
Neither of the women knew Alfallah or the other man; they freaked out, security returned, and eventually the cops were called. Alfallah was arrested and booked for trespassing. Truly bizarre!!!

Then, after that (this is the longest night ever, BTW), the 34-year-old eventual victim — who was standing in the lobby with Dallas and his friends — asked if he could go up to the room to charge his phone. They went up with the man, before Dallas left for a minute… to go find out more about Alfallah’s arrest. Naturally.
When Dallas returned, his buddy confided in him that the older man had made sexual advances towards him while Dallas was gone, and he was “freaked out” by it — and that’s reportedly what set Dallas off into a violent rage.
The arrest warrant affidavit states (below):
“Dallas returned 30 minutes later and ‘immediately got a weird vibe.’ Dallas spoke with (his friend) in private. He learned (the 34-year-old man) had made homosexual advances and suggestions toward (his friend) while he was in the lobby … (The 34-year-old man) refused to leave and ‘kept getting weird.’ Dallas asked (the man) to leave several more times, but he refused. Dallas then lost his temper and hit (the man) about the head and face several times (Dallas’ right hand had abrasions consistent with hitting someone).”
WTF?! So scary!!!
For now, Dallas has been charged with second-degree assault causing serious bodily injury — a felony — and though he posted a $5,000 bond almost immediately after being jailed, he’s due back in Pitkin County District Court on the 22nd of this month.
What a wild — and unfortunate — night out in Aspen…
