Although the status of a Sex & The City prequel film, based on Candace Bushnell‘s book The Carrie Diaries, is still up in the air, the author recently revealed that she thought that Selena Gomez would be an excellent younger Charlotte if the flick ever does happen!
She explains:
“You know, I don’t know… casting is like kismet. I’m going to get into trouble for this, but I was looking at some pictures of Selena Gomez today and thinking she’d make a really good young Charlotte. She’s so pretty. I was like… gosh, wouldn’t she be great?”
Amazing! And she’d be so GOOD, too!
Although we’re weary of anymore Sex & The City projects, we certainly would love to see our Selenita take on a part like this!
Show off her comedic timing AND dabble in a more adult project! It’s a win/win!
