Remember when we made that list of food we never wanted to see created? This is NOT on that list!
Carl’s Jr. has done something incredible — something that literally anyone on the planet could do and pay way less for: they’ve created the Pop Tart ice cream sandwich. Today, it goes nationwide!
We’re really torn about this, because it looks absolutely delicious and awkward to eat, which means you’re gonna have to work a little bit for the glory of the bite and probably sustain a lot of sticky hands! Plus, it’s probably super awful for you!
They’re just $1.49 or free with a purchase of a Super Bacon Cheeseburger combo, so it’s amazing how they haven’t sold out of them yet!
That’s so competitively priced that most people wouldn’t think twice about making it themselves, but cheaper! Because a box of Strawberry Pop-Tarts is about $3.50 for 16 of them, and a box of ice cream comes is like $3.99. It’s much cheaper in the long run if you want more than one — and you can even experiment with different kinds of the frozen delicious stuff!
Still, maybe that extra cost from Carl’s Jr. goes to the ingredient others would forget to include: LOVE!
