There’s been a horrifying update in the case of Carly Gregg…
In case you aren’t caught up on this incident, the 14-year-old Mississippi native was arrested in March and charged with the death of her mother Ashley Smylie and the injury of her stepfather. The community of Jackson — and the rest of the world — was left speechless when they found out what this young girl had been accused of doing. And now, this video just might be proof that the stomach-churning speculations were right…

At the time, with her being charged as an adult, police spoke about the existence of a security camera video which allegedly showed Carly committing the crime. In the clip observed by law enforcement, the teen goes into her home and into a back room before returning with a gun. Then she disappears into another part of the house. Rankin County Investigator Zachary Cotton explained:
“Then you hear a gunshot, a scream, followed by two more gunshots.”
After this, she goes into the kitchen and starts texting. And this is allegedly when she texted her friend asking “if she had ever seen a dead body before”. Awful…
Now, six months after her arrest, she’s in the midst of her court case — and the video has been RELEASED. The CCTV footage goes exactly as law enforcement described it, and it’s even more disturbing when you can hear the screams.
