Carly Simon Suing Starbucks!

Singer Carly Simon is not pleased with Starbucks and their promotion of her 2008 album This Kind of Love. So naturally she’s suing them!
The album’s price was slashed after lackluster sales and Simon attests that by Starbucks not promoting the album to her standards before cutting the price, the company “stigmatized” her album as one “that could not be sold at full price.”
Starbucks doesn’t seem too threatened saying that even after heavier promotion in the New York and Boston areas, “sales continued to lag as the title received tepid response from music consumers.”
A bomb is a bomb, Carly!
Better just get over it and move on to the next one!
