That might not be the best possible title you can have, but it certainly isn’t the worst!

Carmine Giovinazzo!!
The actor was arrested for DUI while in Scottsdale, Arizona and couldn’t have been a nicer guy about it!
He actually admitted to the crime, saying he had some scotch at the W Hotel. How non-celeb of him!
Although he had been swerving on the road, reeked of alcohol and couldn’t get his words to come out right, he happily cooperated with the arrest.
He was even grateful for it as the arresting officer revealed:
“[Carmine] thanked me many times for not treating him like a criminal and showing him respect.”
What a guy!
And more than that, Carmine also realized what an inconvenience this was for everyone as the officer further revealed:
├óΓé¼┼ô[Carmine] repeatedly apologized to me and told me he didn’t want to be an ‘a**hole.├óΓé¼Γäó├óΓé¼┬¥
Awww!
He’s so nice that we almost think he should just be let off on the case.
Unfortunately, with a blood alcohol level at .149, we don’t think being sweet cancels everything out.
