Casey Affleck Reportedly WILL Pay Ex-Wife Summer Phoenix Spousal Support After All!

As we reported, last month, Joaquin Phoenix‘s sister filed for divorce from Casey Affleck after nine years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.

According to legal documents, the Manchester By The Sea actor agreed to joint physical and legal custody of their sons — 13-year-old Indiana and 9-year-old Atticus — but wished to “terminate the court’s ability to award support to petitioner” which she requested.
However, Ben Affleck‘s brother WILL pay up despite the contradicting paperwork.
A source told E! News:

“The divorce was amicable and this was all done with ease. Casey IS paying spousal support.”

Summer listed the couple’s date of separation as November 2015, though the two didn’t announce their split until March 2016.
