Cassie is painting a broader image of the degradation Diddy allegedly subjected her to.
During day two of the disgraced rapper’s New York trial, Cassie took the stand and opened up about the urination claims we’ve all heard so much about. If you didn’t catch it, prosecutor Emily Johnson claimed during her opening statements on Monday that Diddy once forced a male escort to urinate in Cassie’s mouth during a sexual encounter to the point she was “choking.”
The escort himself Daniel Phillip testified the same day claiming it was actually Cassie who requested he urinate on her:
“Cassie was actually the one that asked me urinate on her. She asked me if I had ever done that before, she told me to do it. Apparently I was doing it wrong, because they both told me.”
However, with everything Cassie has explained about being scared to defy the Bad Boy Records founder, it definitely doesn’t prove that was actually something she really wanted. In fact, her testimony on Tuesday more so confirms she participated in the act because it was something Diddy liked to see… And even sometimes partake in.

While being questioned by Johnson about the sexual act and whether she wanted it, the 38-year-old claimed:
“No. But there was no conversation. It was a turn-on for [Diddy], so it happened.”
She claimed that sometimes both Diddy AND the escort would urinate on her in tandem:
“Sometimes Sean, he himself or the escort, would urinate on me. Sean urinated at the same time.”
According to Cassie, at one point she “choked” on “too much urine in my mouth” as she was “laid on a position on the floor [in a position] that I couldn’t easily get out of.” She claimed she put her hands up to signal him to stop, but that her pleas were not acknowledged per Diddy’s direction. She even flat out testified that the act was NOT something she was into at all:
“I don’t want anyone to urinate on me. Sean would urinate in my mouth — not super often but often enough.”
As for why she didn’t voice that, Cassie claimed:
“I was squeamish, high and in the moment with this man, so that’s what happened. There is not a whole lot of control you have with two men standing over you peeing. I thought it was obvious I didn’t want to do it.”
So chilling…
