Cassie just scored a major win in an ongoing legal battle.
For those unaware, the Me & U singer has been wrapped up in a lawsuit brought forth by former male escort Clayton Howard, who named her and Diddy as defendants while filing last summer. In the suit, Clayton claimed he was trafficked by Diddy and Cassie, and as a result, suffers all sorts of damages, including psychological. He also claimed Cassie in particular was the one to arrange freak offs involving him and Diddy.

As we’ve been following, Cassie has been responding to the legal filing from out of the country, where she is currently residing. She claimed Clayton only ever filed his $20 million lawsuit after finding out that’s the exact amount she settled her own lawsuit with Diddy for in 2023. As evidence, Cassie submitted a text Clayton allegedly sent her husband Alex Fine before she settled with Diddy, which reads:
“your wife’s truth is 100% valid as I’m sure you did as well, I would have come forward and I’m glad she got some form of Justice!”
Clayton claimed in court the text didn’t prove anything, but TMZ reported on Tuesday that a judge ended up siding with Cassie and dismissed ALL his claims!

However, the outlet reported the dismissal leaves room for Clayton to amend his claims if he chooses.
